Built for athletes.
Made for our community.

Arrowhead Sports Academy was founded by Greg McLaughlin Jr. with a vision to build more than a sports facility: a place where young athletes can develop, children can thrive, and families can feel part of a community.

Greg is a dedicated youth baseball coach and community volunteer in Toms River, bringing years of hands-on experience supporting young players and their families. Through his work with local little league and travel baseball, he has helped create opportunities for kids to learn the game, build confidence, practice teamwork, and make lasting friendships. He is the manager of the Toms River Indians 7U travel baseball team and has spent multiple seasons coaching and volunteering, including helping organize league activities and bringing energy to the baseball community.

That same commitment drives Arrowhead: bringing player development, camps, clinics, lessons, rentals, child care and family celebrations together under one roof. Greg’s goal is to create a welcoming home for sports and community in Toms River, including the Toms River Indians travel baseball organization.
